TIAC Announces Canadian Tourism Awards Finalists
The Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) has announced the finalists of its annual Canadian Tourism Awards which recognize success, leadership, and innovation in Canada’s tourism industry and rewards those people, places, organizations, and events that have gone above and beyond to offer travellers superior tourism experiences in Canada.
This year, TIAC received just under 100 nominations across four categories and, the association notes, the competition was fierce.
Finalists for the 2021 Canadian Tourism Awards include:
Air Canada Business Excellence Award

Indigenous Tourism Award

VIA Rail Canada Sustainable Tourism Award
- Frontiers North Adventures – Winnipeg, MB
- Ocean Quest Inc. – St. John’s, NL
- Parks Canada Banff National Park – Banff, AB
Tourism HR Canada Employee Appreciation Award
- Edna Frigault, Village historique acadien – Bertrand, NB
