Beachfront hideaway Hanalei Colony Resort, located on Kauai’s north shore, has extended its “Rainbow of Savings”program for stays through Feb. 28. The program includes the following values, with a two-night minimum stay required: 20% off room rates, 10% off spa services at Hanalei Day Spa, 10% off food and beverages at Napali Coffee House & Art Gallery, and 15% off food at the Mediterranean Gourmet Restaurant. In addition, a seventh night is offered free after six consecutive paid nights. With only 48 units, Hanalei Colony is an intimate condominium resort on a golden beach near the end of the road in Haena, Kauai’s remote northernmost town. It offers deluxe two-bedroom condominium units with fully equipped kitchens and private lanais (patios), all with views of Hanalei Bay or Kauai’s north shore mountains. In keeping with its restful ambiance, Hanalei Colony’s units do not have televisions, stereos, or phones. Resort amenities include free parking, a newly renovated and expanded swimming pool facility with whirlpool spa, guest barbecue and picnic areas, a guest laundromat, and twice-weekly maid service. Guests are invited to a weekly complimentary continental breakfast and an afternoon mai tai party. Hanalei Colony does not charge a “resort fee,”and complimentary WiFi is available in all units.
