New Destination Inspirations From Sandals Resorts International
The charm and beauty of the Caribbean’s most coveted island destinations take center stage in Sandals Resorts International’s new presentation of modernized wedding décor Inspirations which debut as the centerpiece of “Aisle to Isle” Caribbean Weddings by Sandals and Aisle to Isle Caribbean Weddings by Beaches ahead of 2024.
Marsha-Ann Donaldson-Brown, Director of Weddings and Romance at Sandals Resorts International, explained that: “It all starts with choosing an idyllic wedding locale and we’re proud to be synonymous with some of the best destination wedding locations around the world.”
She continued: “In fact, we surveyed over 1,000 newlyweds and brides-to-be with an overwhelming 70% of couples prioritizing scenery and location as the single most important elements of a destination wedding. This became part of our creative influence to bring forward chic new decor concepts, embedded with meaning and intended to bring our guests and couples closer to place.”
And Donaldson-Brown added: “We simply can’t wait to share the unique richness of the Caribbean with our guests and debut these new inspirations this wedding season.”
Across the islands, beyond-the-norm ceremony seating layouts, winsome tablescapes, and whimsical floral arrangements – with styles ranging from sea-green and aquamarine decor elements that play up the absorbing hues of the Caribbean Sea in Azure Tides, to the blush tones and rustic designs inspired by a natural style of Blissful Beach – are all brought forward as a starting point for couples to dream-to-life their perfect day.
At Sandals Royal Curaçao, billowing ivory fabrics, cream florals, and green succulents await as Curaçao Desert Blooms mirrors the flora and color palette unique to this diverse Dutch Caribbean paradise.
In Nassau at Sandals Royal Bahamian, a bold color palette and ceremony seating configuration shaped like a conch shell – complete with a ceremonial conch blower to signal a wealth of luck – brings to life Bahamian Seashells, while Bahamian Rush incorporates vibrant magenta hues and handmade reception napkins made of authentic Bahamian Androsia batik fabric, produced exclusively on the Island of Andros with elements representative of the Bahamian culture.
