Hola Sun unveils 2012/13 product line
Cuba specialist Hola Sun’s new 2012/2013 brochure features ITC packages, land-only arrangements, air-only travel, car rentals, escorted bus tours, sun/city combos, long-stays and specialized programs. Hola Sun’s main focus is sales out of Toronto, while sister company Caribe Sol has sales from Montreal and Quebec gateways. However, Hola Sun has expanded from coast to coast with in total 14 gateways — Toronto, Hamilton, Quebec City, Montreal, Bagotville, Ottawa, Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Regina, St. John’s and Halifax. The new brochure highlights nine destinations: Cayo Coco/Cayo Guillermo, Holguín, Cienfuegos/Trinidad, Santiago de Cuba, Camaguey/Santa Lucia, Havana, Varadero, Cayo Santa Maria and Cayo Largo. All products and services are available to all agents at 8% commission across the board. The tour operator continues to serve its destinations with Canjet, Air Transat and Cubana. Its brochure highlights over 60 hotels ranging from two to five stars. Both beach and city resorts are available. Group rates are offered for golfers, weddings, corporate travellers, students, singles and families. Specialty products include sun-and-city combos with Havana and Varadero, bike tours and dance programs. Added-value programs – such as free nautical excursions – are available for Hola Sun clients. Hola Sun says there are a number of reasons why 2013 travel should be booked this year, among them clients being certain to get the hotels they prefer, rather than finding they’re sold out when they try to book late.
