Early reservations at PCC translate into savings
Hawaii’s Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) is offering visiting families, groups and guests an incentive for booking early reservations. For a limited time, visitors who book their reservations 10 days out or more in advance will receive a 10% discount off their experience. The “10 Outside 10″special applies to all of PCC’s cultural offerings. Guests can start off the day exploring PCC’s seven island villages and exhibits and trying their hands at the new “Go Native!”activities. They include hands-on opportunities to do as natives do, whether it’s scaling coconut trees in the Samoan Village, racing outrigger canoes in the lagoon, cooking in an umu (Samoan above-ground oven) or spear throwing in the Tahitian Village. For those in the mood for a more relaxing experience, the PCC offers guided canoe tours on a tranquil fresh water lagoon that weaves throughout the center. The lagoon also hosts Hawaii’s only waterborne pageant, Rainbows of Paradise, which features song and dance from Hawaii, Tonga, Tahiti, Samoa, Fiji and Aotearoa — all performed aboard double-hulled canoes. In the evening, families can dine at the PCC’s Gateway restaurant buffet, with its cosmopolitan spread, before closing out the day at the evening show, Ha: Breath of Life. (http://www.Polynesia.com)
