ACV to collect data for Secure Flight Program
Air Canada Vacations' (ACV) travellers will now be required to supply both gender and date of birth for secure flight data collection at least 72 hours prior to departure. In addition to collecting and forwarding the following information to the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA)'s Secure Flight Program when travelling to, from, or via the US, Air Canada, along with other airlines, are now required to collect this information for over-flights: Full name as it appears on passport (mandatory); Date of birth (mandatory); Gender (mandatory); Redress Number - a unique number...
