Red Mountain starts work on terrain expansion
Red Mountain Resort, in eastern BC, has started its most significant expansion to date: neighbouring Grey Mountain. The two-year expansion adds almost 400 hectares -- and a whole new mountain -- to the current 680 hectares of the resort. The $50 million project includes slope-side accommodations. Red has been known for world-class tree skiing, steep runs and 892 metres of vertical. Grey Mountain will open up intermediate runs, groomed cruising runs, tree glades and alpine chutes. Two additional buses announced for Sandals convention
Sandals Resorts has announced that two additional buses will offer complimentary, same-day round trip transportation for travel agents in Southwestern Ontario to attend their one-day national convention in Toronto on Oct. 18.
