Although the majority of Canadians say that they use their tax refunds -- which in 2011, averaged out at $1,506 -- to pay off existing debt and contribute to their savings, a new survey from Expedia.ca reveals that in a perfect world -- where people didn't need to do either -- the first thing Canadians would spend their tax refunds on would be travel. Hard Rock planned for Aruba
The Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) reports that plans are underway for the development of a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The four-star hotel will be built on the ruins of the Bushiri Hotel and will include a training facility centre of over 1,000 square metres, with free access for the public. The Bushiri Hotel ruins will be demolished by the end of the year and the area will be completely cleaned up to prepare for the new construction.
