Uniworld adds 3 in Asia
Uniworld Boutique River Cruises will be adding three new ships in Asia for 2013 in partnership with Pandaw in Vietnam and Cambodia along the Mekong River and Century River Cruises in China along the Yangtze River. In January 2012, Uniworld launched the River Saigon along the Mekong, and due to the increasing popularity of Vietnam and Cambodia, it will launch another new ship, River Orchid, in this region in 2013. Carnival takes delivery of Breeze
At a traditional maritime handover ceremony held earlier today at the Fincantieri shipyard in Monfalcone, Italy, Carnival Cruise Lines took delivery of the new 130,000-ton Carnival Breeze, the 24th vessel in the line's fleet. Carnival Breeze will depart on its inaugural cruise from Venice on June 3, operating a special 12-day Mediterranean cruise that ends in Barcelona June 15.
