CARROLL TAKES ACTION

Travelzest PLC has confirmed that that Jonathan Carroll, the company’s previous chief executive officer, has initiated litigation against the company, its directors and trading subsidiaries over his dismissal last month. Carroll’s contract was terminated on July 23. In a statement on its web site, Travelzest said it, “believes the claims made in this action have no foundation or merit and has instructed its lawyers to contest the action.”
