Bookings booming for Expedia CruiseShipCenters

Expedia CruiseShipCenters reports that its 2012 bookings increased by 8% over the previous year. Matthew Eichhorst, president of Expedia CruiseShipCenters, observed: “This growth is attributed to our Franchise Partners and their sales teams who are the key to our success. Through all of their hard work, in conjunction with our focused promotions strategy, they have been successfully building Customers For Life.” And Eichhorst added: “This growth is also a reflection of the fact that we continue to invest heavily in sales training, marketing and technology to help our Franchise Partners grow their business.” 2012 also marked the franchise’s 25th anniversary, which saw the company open 21 new franchise locations and add more than 1,1000 new vacation consultants, bringing their current totals to over 4,000 agents and 170 franchise locations throughout North America.
