AmaWaterways Opens 2025 Reservations With Early Booking Rewards
AmaWaterways has opened reservations for its 2025 river cruise itineraries, welcoming both individual and group bookings, with sailings featuring rivers across Europe, Africa, Egypt, Asia and Colombia.
Plus for reservations on 2025 sailings booked by Sept. 30, 2023, AmaWaterways is offering an Early Booking Reward with savings of up to 20% on cruise fares depending on the sailing dates and destinations.
Rudi Schreiner, co-founder and president of AmaWaterways, said that: “With 2023 shaping up to be a very successful year and all indications pointing to a record breaking 2024, we could not be more excited to announce the opening of reservations for our 2025 itineraries.”
Schreiner continued: “To meet the growing demand for river cruising, we will have additional ships in Colombia and Portugal, which brings our award-winning fleet to 29 river cruise ships welcoming between 28 and 196 guests each. We are also introducing a new seven-night Imperial Danube itinerary on the Danube and bringing back our 14-night Magnificent Europe itinerary taking guests from Amsterdam to Budapest, which will appeal to new and returning guests that want to spend a little extra time exploring the fascinating art, music, history and culinary delights across this region.”
In November 2024, AmaWaterways will make history as the first major river cruise line to take guests along the Magdalena River in Colombia with the launch of the 60-passenger AmaMagadalena.
In June 2025, AmaMelodia will join its sistership offering 32 twin-balcony staterooms.
In 2025, AmaWaterways will launch Imperial Danube, a new seven-night itinerary sailing roundtrip from Budapest, Hungary, on the Danube River.
Kristin Karst, executive vice president and co-founder of AmaWaterways, noted that: “Group business is very important to AmaWaterways and by opening our 2025 itineraries early this year, we are offering our travel advisor partners a little extra time to reach out to their clients to organize this type of travel whether they are groups made up of friends and families celebrating milestone birthdays or anniversaries, or special interest groups involving art, music or sports.”
Karst said that: “We encourage our travel partners to use the resources available on our Travel Advisor Portal on our website and to contact their Business Development Manager or our dedicated Group Department to help build this important base of business for 2025.”
