ACV’s Nino Montagnese shares updates for agents

Air Canada Vacations has revealed a series of exciting initiatives for travel agents.

Nino Montagnese, vice-president at Air Canada Vacations, shared a series of updates, starting with the Air Canada Vacations’ new Group Quoting Tool, offering agents the capability to easily create and manage their clients’ group quotes. Breakfast seminars

Starting February, agents can expect informative Europe breakfast seminars as Air Canada Vacations and Air Canada will share highlights of the 2024 product line-up along with its new programs for Europe, and the new Travel Agent Toolkit. To

Montagnese shared that new products are on the horizon, featuring upcoming tours in Australia and Asia.

More sun destinations

In addition, ACV is expanding its offering with Tulum as a new sun destination, and increasing capacity to Saint Vincent
and the Grenadines, and Grenada providing travellers more vacation package options and flexibility for unforgettable
travel experiences. A summer flight schedule will be unveiled shortly.

Travel Advisory Board returns

New B2B site coming soon

Aiming to empower travel professionals with dedicated resources for their day-to-day, ACV is officially in the development phase of the Air Canada Vacations B2B site. This initiative will enhance agent capabilities when booking shared customers. Further details will come soon.

ACV@Home 

Last year, the introduction of ACV@Home, a dedicated support program for Independent Travel Advisors, achieved
remarkable success, leading to significant growth. “We are thrilled to share that Tina Kensett has been appointed as
the area sales manager for the ACV@Home program, overseeing the Western Canada region,” Montagnese said.

Expanded Aeroplan offerings

Air Canada Vacations officially expanded its Aeroplan offering with the addition of new destinations, giving Aeroplan members more ways to earn when booking with Air Canada Vacations. To learn more about this offer, please click here.
