Westin Seattle finishes full makeover with Bistro

The Westin Seattle, an AAA Four Diamond downtown Seattle hotel, has announced the completion of its $35 million renovation project, with the opening of the Relish Burger Bistro, which opened March 1. The restaurant is the final piece of a complete makeover, transforming more than 42,000 square metres of hotel property. The renovation takes in 891 guestrooms, as well as corridors, lower lobby, main level and mezzanine levels — plus the creation of an additional 1,250 square metres of meeting space. With guest comfort a primary concern, guestroom amenities like finishes, bathrooms and furnishings received updates. Each guestroom features a signature Heavenly Bed and Heavenly Bath. Guest amenities include access to the 24-hour WestinWORKOUT Fitness Studio with indoor pool and whirlpool, Westin Kids Club and 24-hour business centre. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Seattle, within walking distance of the Washington State Convention Center, Pike Place Market, the Monorail and other landmarks.
