Club Med opening first-ever agency in Toronto
Club Med is opening a second Canadian agency, this time in the heart of downtown Toronto.
Located at 361 Queen St. W., this exciting development comes two years after the successful inauguration of the Club Med Montréal agency and the launch of Club Med Québec Charlevoix, marking the brand’s commitment to offering exceptional service and experiences to its growing Canadian clientele.
About the agency
The agency welcomes and engages adults and children, even offering a virtual reality experience that invites customers to explore Club Med resorts around the world before deciding where to book.
Québec-based design firm Conceptum, the same firm that designed the first Club Med agency in Montréal, dreamed up the interiors
of the new travel agency, taking inspiration from Club Med resorts. The space is divided into different guest areas to ensure that customers and advisors feel comfortable in the cozy and warm atmosphere, illuminated with bright colors and ambient light.
Given its central location in a vibrant and commercial area of Toronto and positioned at street level, the new agency brings a flagship presence that will serve multiple functions, including increasing awareness of Club Med’s Sun and Ski products in the Ontario market and sharing the Club Med spirit within the Toronto community.
A growing business
The Montréal agency, which has been in operation since 2021, has successfully connected Great Members (GMs) with the Club Med brand along with a growing business including for indirect partners. The agency has also contributed to the successful launch of the first Canadian resort, Club Med Québec Charlevoix, in December 2021, which saw an impressive 80 per cent of guests from Canada in its first year (35 per cent from Ontario directly).
The physical space has allowed travel advisors to nurture relationships and host events for GMs that give them a glimpse into the elevated Club Med experience. The Toronto agency is destined to recruit new GMs in the same way that will support Club Med’s ambitious plans for new resorts, renovations, and extensions globally.

The Toronto Agency is open Monday through Friday from 10 am – 7 pm EST and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
The travel advisors look forward to fostering local market developments and recruiting new travellers to accompany Club Med global expansion efforts.
For the upcoming years, Club Med will add new resorts to its portfolio, including Kiroro Grand in Japan, a new resort in Malaysia and, for the first time, a resort in South Africa, as well as various expansions in the Alps. These developments will be added to Club Med’s already 70 existing destinations worldwide.
