Air France releases winter schedule

Air France has announced its winter schedule that comes into effect Oct. 28 as well as new features it has in store for passengers flying to and from Canada. The airline will continue to operate two daily flights between Montreal and Paris and one daily departure out of Toronto. Flight times are unchanged. In Business cabin, all planes serving Canada will be equipped with the latest generation Business seats that stretch 61 cm wide and two metres long. An actual mock-up of the Business cabin seat will be featured at the Air France KLM check-in area at Montréal-Trudeau airport Oct. 4 -; at the Holt Renfrew store in Montreal where one will actually be able to test it out from Oct. 16-21, and at Toronto-Pearson’s Terminal 3 from Oct. 22-26. Premium Economy seating, formerly known as Premium Voyageur, will be offered daily on Montreal and Toronto flights. This intermediate cabin class features numerous benefits: 40% roomier, second 23 kg baggage at no extra charge, access to the counter reserved for SkyPriority passengers, and an inflight meal with appetizer and dessert culled from the Business cabin menu. Among the new features, passengers aboard 344/347 flights will be able to discover the newly remodelled cabins of the Boeing 747, which will resume flying out of Montreal on Dec. 3. To accommodate the latest edition of the Business cabin seats, all seven Air France Boeing 747s were refitted to match the look and standards of the airline’s long-haul fleet.
