The Israel Government Tourist Office – Canada has a launched a “Win a Trip to Israel” contest at this month’s Toronto Jewish Film Festival, taking place through May 13.Those attending the festival can register online at http://www.tjffisraelcontest.com for a chance to win an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Israel, that includes two round-trip tickets from Toronto to Israel with EL AL Israel Airlines; a three-night stay at the Dan Jerusalem Hotel in Jerusalem; and a three-night stay at the Isrotel Royal Garden in Eilat. Oded Grofman, consul for Tourism, Israel Government Tourist Office – Canada, said: “IGTO Canada has been an active supporter of the Toronto Jewish Film Festival because of its spearheading a strong cultural connection to Israel via the mixed line up of Israeli and international films being screened.” Grofman pointed out that: “With 2012 being the 20th Anniversary of the TJFF, the IGTO decided to expand its support by offering a value added proposition to Film Festival fans, and to those simply browsing the official TJFF web site – offering the chance to win a trip to Israel. Israel holds a number of International film festivals; The Jerusalem Festival, and The Tel Aviv Festival, as well as an International Student Film Festival.” The grand prize winner will be announced on May 22 during a presentation ceremony with the contest sponsors.
