A Little Domestic Incentive From Intrepid
Travel advisors are being offered the chance to win two spots on one of Intrepid Travel’s domestic tours as part of the operator’s new North America Domestic Travel Incentive promoting its range of sustainable, closer-to-home domestic tours in the U.S. and Canada.
Running from April 15 to May 15, 2021, the month-long incentive will reward advisors through a ballot system: each time a travel advisor books a client on a domestic tour with Intrepid they will earn three ballots; for selling any Intrepid Travel tour they’ll receive two ballots per client; and one ballot will be awarded each time a travel advisor promotes Intrepid Travel on social media and marketing channels.
The more ballots an advisor earns, the more their name will be entered into the draw to win.
All sales will be tracked by Intrepid’s North America Industry team, who will input advisors’ ballots on their behalf.

Announced on May 20, 2021, one travel advisor within North America will be randomly selected to win two spots on an Intrepid Travel tour in their home country.
Intrepid recently launched 16 domestic multi-day tours, adding to 11 pre-existing tours, for North American travellers ready to explore their home country, focusing on creating connection, supporting sustainable businesses and reducing travellers’ environmental impact.
Departing in May 2021 — with a 30-day domestic Flexible Bookings Policy — the new trips speak to the importance of local-led travel to support and empower communities and locales across the country.
While the new tours that launched this month to add to the pre-existing NA tours are in the U.S.; Intrepid had a broad range of already-existing Canadian domestic tours — more than 10 — which have been selling really well for domestic travellers.
