2023 Michelin Guide Dubai Released
Michelin Guide has revealed its 2023 Dubai selections, with 3 new one MICHELIN Star restaurants and one new two Starred, the 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Dubai confirms the appeal of this culinary hotspot
The prestigious Michelin Guide has recognized Dubai as a world gastronomic destination of note. The emirate’s enviable culinary reputation is sprinkled with innovative dining experiences, hidden neighbourhood gems, and creative menus that reflect Arabian traditions, world flavours and new-age fusion – all to delicious effect.
After the renowned success of the inaugural guide in 2022, the second edition showcases Dubai’s exceptional restaurants once again.
A selection of restaurants were awarded Bib Gourmand distinction, highlighting the outlet’s impressive value for money, while others have been awarded with one or two Michelin Stars – the ultimate distinction in culinary excellence.
Dubai is renowned for its playful contrast of old and new, which is also well represented in its dining scene where heritage-infused Emirati cuisine is celebrated alongside trendy international fare.
